1. How do I place my order?

Ordering is made simple on ClassyHills.com! When you are viewing an item you want, simply click and select the specification if applicable such as size and color, and the proceed to clicking "ADD TO CART". Once you have your desired items in your shopping cart, simply click the "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" button. You will then be prompted with entering your shipping and billing information. After finalizing and double checking all information you have provided is correct confirm the order and you will receive an confirmation email with your order number and shopping cart purchases.

2. Can I order using my phone?

Yes, you are able to order using your table/phone/desktop, just visit ClassyHills.com in your browser.

3. I bought an item and got an email saying it is sold out.

We update our inventory as frequently as we can (approximately every 1-5 business days). This means there might be a time in between updating that a product gets sold out and you have bought it, we will try our best to get the item out to you, if this case is not applicable we will issue a refund.

4. Can I cancel/make changes to the order I just placed?

It is only possible to make a change to your order within 1 hour of placing it and if the order has not been processed. We process orders very quickly, so changes and cancellations cannot always be fulfilled. You must immediately contact our Customer Care team (within the hour) with your change/cancellation request details included. All cancellations after 1 hour window will be issued in the form of store credit.

5. What are the steps after I place my order?

Once we receive your payment, your order will go through several steps before being “shipped out”.

Please refer to the different order statuses and their meanings below:

Paid: You have just paid for your order, our system will start to notify us of your order immediately.

Processing: We will typically process orders 2-7 business days upon payment. Your processing order will go through the following phases.

  1. Receiving and allocating items to your order
  2. Inspecting your items quality (applicable items)
  3. Packing and printing shipping labels.

Once these 3 phases have been done, we will dispatch your order.

Dispatched: Your order has left our warehouse and has been collected by the courier for the shipment. We cannot edit your order anymore.

Shipped Out: Your complete order has been sent out and is now on its way to you.

6. Do you ship worldwide? 

We ship order all over the world, shipping times maybe be longer in certain areas.

7. How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping worldwide on all orders.

8. How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Processing time + shipping time (this does not include any customs delays, weekends, holiday periods and any unforeseen circumstances.)

Some products on Classy Hills are handmade and certain applicable products are double checked for quality.

Production time includes order verification, quality checks and packaging. Which takes an average of 2-9 business days.

Shipping times

USA: 3-5 Business days.

International: 7-10 Business days.

Note: The shipping time does not include processing/production times and any unforeseeable delays in shipping.


9. I received my item and it was damaged or defective.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective please reach out to our support staff at classyhills@yahoo.com. Typical response time to emails are about 1-2 business days.
